New company helps women "op-out"

Monique Dearth, president of Incite Strategies, has launched a subsidiary company, HR OpIn, which helps provides flexible HR project management solutions. HROI will connect highly skilled women with HR backgrounds will companies looking for assistance with their human resources projects. The launch of HROI comes on the heels of what the New York Times has called the “op-out revolution.” Research shows that many women are stepping off the career fast track but have trouble getting back in or only want to work part-time.

The goal for HR OpIn is to leverage the tremendous number of educated, experienced and energized women who have “opted out” of the traditional workforce and are now seeking to “opt back in” on much more flexible terms.
